At Koetto, we know you are excited to receive your basket, and we work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States.
After your order ships, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your Koetto order every step of the way.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has not arrived within 21 days of shipment, please contact us at hello@koetto.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos if the package arrived damaged
- A short description of the issue
We will work quickly to replace the item or find the best solution.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@koetto.com. We can only update or cancel an order before it has been been processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
